Monica Bildner MSN, APRN, FNP-C
A native of Oklahoma, Monica came to Texas as soon as she could. After attending Texas A&M and then living in Houston for five years, Monica arrived in DFW and has been here since 2001. Prior to becoming a nurse, Monica earned a Master’s in Library Science and worked as a librarian for almost a decade. If you ever want to talk books – adult and children’s, she is always happy to do so!
A life-altering health experience caused Monica to re-evaluate her life and inspired her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing and to earn a Master’s in Nursing to become a family nurse practitioner. Monica has a background as a pediatric nurse and loves working with children. Additionally, in her years as a nurse practitioner Monica has seen and felt the lack of ready mental health care. Monica believes passionately in caring for the whole person and is now working on an additional graduate certificate to become a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. Monica loves with working with all ages from birth to adult and promises to treat you with kindness, respect and as a whole person.
