The Patient Portal is your access to all of your patient records, online appointment scheduling, direct messaging to office staff, and so much more. We will help you set up your patient portal access at your first appointment. Below are just a few benefits of the patient portal.
  • Ever needed a vaccination record for your child's school, daycare, or camp the same day? With portal access, you can log on and print it from the portal. 
  • Ever gotten home and wondered what your child's height or weight was? You can log on to the portal and see their vital signs from all of their past visits.
  • Ever been in the ER or specialist office and cannot remember the name of a medication, the date of the last ear infection, or how many times something has occurred? You have all of your child's medical records at your fingertips with the patient portal!
  • Ever wanted to be able to complete all of those forms at home in your pajamas while your child is sleeping? You can in the patient portal.
  • Don't worry we take your child's medical records very serious, even the direct messaging is HIPPA compliant.
  • Pre-register on the Patient Portal to save yourself time.
  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete new patient information and register on the patient portal if you have not already. Verification of insurance may take additional time. Registering on the portal can save you time. 
  • Please bring your insurance cards (each visit), ID, and SSN/card (first visit) with you to each visit.
  • Insurance co-pay is required at each visit at the time of service.
  • Bring a list of medications, questions, and concerns you have with you.
  • The managed care health insurance market changes rapidly, and specific coverage questions should be discussed directly with your insurance company or our knowledgeable staff.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for prescription refills to be sent to the pharmacy.
  • We try to answer all messages sent through the direct messenger function of the patient portal the same day, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Direct messaging is for non-urgent messages only.
